Texas divorce forms (2026)

Texas does not publish one statewide uncontested divorce packet the way some states do, but TexasLawHelp provides the standard set courts accept. For an agreed case the three below do most of the work: the original petition opens the case, the waiver lets your spouse skip formal service, and the final decree records your agreement and ends the marriage. Cases with children add custody and support forms.
